Texas Academy of Dance Arts (TADA)

These Terms apply to your use of dancetada.com and to TADA's text-message programs. By using the website or opting in to texts, you agree to these Terms.
Text Messaging Terms
TADA operates two separate text-message programs, each with its own phone number. Opting in to one program does not opt you in to the other.
1. TADA Family Studio Texts
Program description: Parents and guardians of currently enrolled TADA dancers who opt in will receive recurring automated, informational text messages from Texas Academy of Dance Arts (TADA). Messages include studio schedule updates, closures and open/closed notices, registration and fee deadlines, and performance and event information. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

How to opt in: Check the text-message consent box under your cell phone number on TADA's online registration form (Jackrabbit Class): https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/regv2.asp?id=519852. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. You can update your contact information in the Jackrabbit Parent Portal or by contacting the front desk.
Message frequency: Varies, up to 8 messages per month.

2. TADA Instructor Text Reminders
Program description: TADA instructors who opt in will receive recurring automated, non-marketing text messages about teaching schedules, instructor deadlines, studio closures, and other work-related announcements.

How to opt in: Submit the TADA Instructor Text Reminder Opt-In form and check the separate consent box. Opting in is voluntary and is not required to submit the preference form. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you.
Message frequency: Varies with the instructor calendar and studio needs.

Terms for both programs
Consent: Opting in is voluntary. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment, registration, employment, or any purchase.
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Family texts are sent to parents and guardians, not to dancers under 18.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. No further messages from that program will be sent unless you opt in again; reply START or opt in again using your program's opt-in method.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details for your program above.
Delivery: Message delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on this service for emergencies.
Changes: Email us to update your number or withdraw consent. If you change or disconnect your mobile number, please let us know.

Website Terms
Use of the site: The content on dancetada.com, including text, photos, videos, and logos, belongs to Texas Academy of Dance Arts or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.
Information on the site: We try to keep class schedules, prices, and event details accurate, but they may change. Current studio policies, tuition, and registration terms are provided at registration through our customer portal.
Third-party services: Registration, payments, ticketing, and other features may be provided by third parties, such as our studio management and ticketing systems, under their own terms.
Limitation of liability: The website is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, TADA is not liable for any damages arising from use of the website.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
